DAMAC Lagoons
Defined civil execution package within a major residential development.

Dubai · Floor preparation & execution
Precision Skills Contracting LLC undertakes floor screeding, self-levelling and substrate-preparation packages in Dubai. We work with main contractors, fit-out teams, facilities managers and property owners to define the required levels, floor build-up and finish interfaces. Our scope is agreed against the existing substrate, specified system, access and construction programme.
Choose the required package
Cement screed and self-levelling compounds serve different build-up and finish requirements. The right proposal starts with the existing floor, the required finished level and the covering that follows.
Defined screed packages for level formation and coordinated floor build-ups. Bonded, unbonded or other arrangements follow the approved detail and specification.
Substrate preparation, compatible primer and levelling treatment within the selected product's permitted application range, ready for the specified next finish.
Removal of agreed coatings or residues, grinding and local repairs where specified. The proposal identifies substrate defects and items requiring further assessment.
Coordinate drainage falls, thresholds, adjoining levels, upstands and joints using the approved drawings. A surface required to drain is not treated as a level floor.
Plan removal, access, dust control and protection around occupied areas. Identify delivery routes, material handling, working hours and floor-use restrictions.
Allow for the specified tile, stone, timber, resilient finish or resin coating. Flatness, moisture condition and readiness criteria need to suit that finish.
A clear enquiry produces a useful quotation
Share the Dubai location, measured area and available drawings. A description of the existing substrate, target levels and intended finish helps identify the work and responsibilities before pricing.
Identify the zones, existing and proposed levels, depth range, falls, finish thickness and any load or design constraints.
Define removal, repairs, joints, primer or bonding treatment, waterproofing and moisture-control interfaces. Allocate these items explicitly in the scope.
Confirm the specified system, access and sequence. Curing, drying and covering times depend on the material, depth and site conditions; these are separate programme considerations.
Agree inspection, level and flatness checks, moisture/readiness criteria for the next finish, protection and completion records.
Existing company portfolio
The photographs and scope records below are already included in our portfolio. DAMAC Lagoons is shown as a defined civil execution package; it does not imply responsibility for the entire development.

Questions before you appoint a contractor
Screed commonly forms a specified floor build-up or falls. A self-levelling underlayment is selected to prepare a suitable substrate for a particular finish within the product's application range. They are not interchangeable choices based only on price. The floor design, depth and final covering determine the proposed system.
These finishes have different substrate and readiness requirements. Identify the proposed finish and its specification so preparation, levels, flatness, moisture condition and any primer or barrier can be coordinated. Related finish-installation work is included only when it is part of the agreed package.
Area, depth, material specification, substrate condition and access affect the quotation. Removal, repairs, handling, waterproofing or moisture-control layers and finish installation should be identified separately where applicable. Send the location, measurements, level information and intended finish for a scoped proposal.
There is no single waiting period for every screed or levelling product. Material type, thickness, temperature, ventilation and substrate conditions affect readiness. Follow the approved product and floor-covering requirements, including any required moisture checks, before covering the floor.
Yes. For a contractor package, identify the specification, quantities, programme, approvals and interfaces. Property owners can share the room or asset, existing condition and intended finish. Use the relevant project enquiry route; drawings and photographs can follow by email after the initial enquiry.
