Concrete Repair & RCC Strengthening in Dubai

Precision Skills Contracting LLC undertakes concrete repair and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) strengthening execution in Dubai as part of defined civil and refurbishment packages. We work with property owners, main contractors and facilities management teams to turn recorded defects and approved engineering requirements into a clear execution scope. Concrete restoration and an increase in structural capacity are different requirements; the assessment, design responsibility and acceptance criteria must be established before work starts.

Our service scope

Repair the defect. Address the cause.

Cracking, spalling and exposed reinforcement need more than a cosmetic cover-up. A useful proposal identifies the affected element, the cause being addressed and the reinstatement required around the repair.

Concrete patch repairs

Local repairs to damaged concrete, with removal limits, access, reinforcement condition and compatible repair materials defined by the agreed assessment and specification.

Cracks and water-entry interfaces

Record the crack pattern, movement history and signs of leakage. Crack repair, injection or waterproofing interfaces are selected for the diagnosed condition; one treatment does not suit every crack.

RCC strengthening execution

Execute the agreed strengthening details within the appointed scope. The responsible engineer defines structural requirements, design, temporary support and inspection hold points; these are not replaced by a general repair quotation.

Reinforcement and cover restoration

Where specified, expose and prepare affected reinforcement, address the assessed condition and reinstate the concrete cover with the selected repair system. Additional steel or anchoring follows approved details.

Surface protection and finishes

Coordinate protective coatings, adjoining waterproofing, plastering and painting after repair. Resolve finish levels, colour boundaries and protection so the repaired area can be handed back in an agreed condition.

Occupied-building repair packages

Plan working zones, falling-material protection, noise, dust, access and disposal around building operations. Identify restrictions before agreeing a programme or mobilisation date.

Before pricing the work

Define the condition and the complete package.

Share defect photographs, marked-up locations, structural drawings, consultant reports and previous repair records where available. A site review may identify investigation or testing that must be completed before the repair can be priced accurately. The visible width of a crack does not by itself establish structural significance. Approval and supervision responsibilities should be clear in the appointment.

We work with direct property clients and defined business packages in Dubai. Our office is in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1. Site location, building access, working hours and the appointed team’s responsibilities help us coordinate the next practical step.

From enquiry to handover

A clear scope your team can evaluate.

Agree responsibilities, materials, inspections and interfaces before execution. A measured proposal should describe the required result and the work needed to achieve it.

  1. 01
    Review the evidence

Record the affected elements, access and available engineering information. Clarify whether the requirement is repair, strengthening, leakage control or a combination.

  2. 02
    Define the engineered scope

Agree the approved details, materials, repair boundaries, temporary works and hold points before execution. Allocate investigation and design where required.

  3. 03
    Prepare and reinstate

Carry out the specified preparation and repair sequence, coordinate interfaces and protect completed work through curing and subsequent finishing.

  4. 04
    Inspect and close out

Provide the agreed inspection and completion records. Confirm adjoining finishes, protection and any monitoring requirements before handover.

Planning your project

Questions before requesting a quotation.

Can you quote from photographs alone?

Photographs help us understand the location and visible condition, but concealed damage, access and engineering requirements can change the scope. A firm repair proposal depends on sufficient records, an agreed assessment and a site review where required.

Is concrete repair the same as structural strengthening?

No. Repair restores an assessed defect or damaged area; strengthening is designed to address a defined structural capacity requirement. The engineering brief determines what is needed and which details must be followed.

Should a leaking concrete crack be repaired or waterproofed?

The cause, movement and water exposure need to be assessed together. A repair may need waterproofing or joint treatment as a separate coordinated scope. See our waterproofing page for the systems we provide.

What affects the cost and programme?

Repair depth and quantity, reinforcement condition, access, temporary protection, engineering details, material curing, inspections and reinstatement all matter. A rate based only on the visible surface area can omit significant work.
